The Courage to be Still

Exploring Yin Yoga, Meditation and the Wisdom of Winter.

A Weekend Immersion

with Alison Quinlan

Led by YogaPro Senior Yoga Teacher Alison Quinlan, this immersive course is designed not only for yoga teachers, but also for those who want to deepen their understanding of Yin Yoga and Meditation.

Everything pushes us towards optimisation.

Productivity. Biohacking. Faster. More.

Yin quietly says, Stay.

Stay with the sensation.

Stay with the breath.

Stay with uncertainty.

Stay with tenderness.

Stay long enough for something deeper to emerge.

That isn't just Yin Yoga.

It's a way of living.

When people first encounter Yin Yoga, they often believe the challenge lies in holding a pose for five minutes. But over time we discover that the real practice isn't staying still in the body; it's staying present with ourselves.

Stillness isn't the absence of movement. It is the willingness to remain awake, curious and compassionate in moments that ask us to turn away.

This weekend isn't simply about learning Yin postures. It is an exploration of courage. The quiet courage to soften. To listen. To wait. To trust. To hold space for ourselves and ultimately for others.
