Welcome to Namaste House Yoga School & Studio
Namaste House is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School, located on the Dublin Road in Drogheda, County Louth.
Custom built, we offer a wide range of yoga styles; Vinyasa, Iyengar, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, and Yoga Nidra.
If you are new to yoga we recommend you join a beginners 6-week course and then chose what style of yoga suits your body, mind and lifestyle.

..doing a yin course with Alison helped me understand the difference between Yin and Yang energy..my subconscious mind was activated..which she is not aware of yet:) It's only because I had a special week of Yin Yoga and I hope to continue practicing what I have been taught.
