Happiness Coaching is a guided journey back to your own joy.
It’s part conversation, part movement, part breath, part play – and fully grounded in the science and soul of wellbeing.

Together, we explore what lights you up, what’s weighing you down, and how to bring more lightness, clarity, and truth into your everyday life.These sessions aren’t fluffy or “toxic positive”. They’re real, grounded, and led with heart.

We move, we breathe, we talk, we make noise – and we get honest about what’s working and what’s not.


Why Prioritise Happiness?

Because you can’t pour from an empty cup.
Because burnout, anxiety, overthinking, and numbness aren’t “just part of life”.
Because you deserve to feel good – not someday, but now.

And because the world needs more women who feel truly alive and connected to themselves.


What Happens in a Session?

Every session is unique, but may include:

  • Honest, open conversation
  • Breathwork (Pranayama) to reset your nervous system
  • Gentle movement or shaking to release stuck energy
  • Sound, laughter, and expression (yes, making noise is healing!)
  • Goal-setting and habit-building to bring joy into your daily routine

This is about feeling you again — grounded, inspired, and a little lighter.


Your Options:

Intro Session (30 minutes) – €40
A taste of what’s possible. You’ll leave feeling seen, heard, and a little more you.

Standard Session (60 minutes) – €75
Full experience, deep support.

Bundle: 3 Sessions – €200
Perfect for creating momentum and building meaningful change.

Grief Coaching


Grief is not just about losing someone. It’s about the love that has nowhere to go.
It’s about identity, endings, disorientation – and the longing to feel whole again.

If you’re grieving, you may feel lost, flat, exhausted, angry, or just disconnected from life.
Grief Coaching is here to help you move with grief, not against it – gently, honestly, and without pressure to 'move on.'


🌫 What is Grief Coaching?

Grief Coaching offers compassionate, non-clinical support for people going through loss in any form – bereavement, breakup, illness, career change, or the slow letting go of the life you once knew.

Unlike therapy, this is not about analysis.
Unlike advice, this is not about fixing.

It’s a safe space to speak openly, feel deeply, express freely, and begin to find light again – in your time, your way.

Sessions may include talking, silence, breathwork, grounding movement, sound expression, and gentle rituals for honouring what’s been lost.


🌾 What Happens in a Session?

Each session is tailored to where you are emotionally and energetically.
You might want to talk, cry, lie down, move, sit in silence, or release built-up emotion through sound or breath. That’s all welcome.

We may gently explore:

  • Naming and honouring your loss
  • Breathwork to support nervous system regulation
  • Movement to help shift emotional weight
  • Grief rituals or journaling prompts
  • Rebuilding self-trust, meaning, and small steps forward
