Here is an overview of how you will spend your days.
You will enjoy delicious, organic vegetarian and vegan breakfast, lunch and dinner. Tea, Coffee and water are available throughout the day.
Afternoons are for relaxing, swimming, reading and feeling lazy.
Plus, included in your Retreat is 1:1 time with Alison in her capacity as a certified Happiness Coach. If you struggle to find your happy place, you can chat with her and get some productive uplifting advice.
Day 1: Arrival and Grounding: Setting Intentions
Afternoon: Welcome circle with introductions and setting of personal intentions for the retreat. Followed by gentle yoga focusing on grounding and long stretches to ease travel stress. Then, the first of many delicious dinners.
Day 2: Mindfulness in Motion: Embracing the Present
Morning: Slow Flow yoga to awaken the body and mind, emphasising mindful movement and breath awareness.
Evening: Yin yoga, followed by a reflective journaling session before dinner
Day 3: Nourishing the Body: Celebrating Health
Morning: Morning yoga focusing on core strength and balance, for stability and health.
Evening: Restorative yoga and meditation followed by a communal dinner.
Day 4: Connecting with Others: Celebrating Community
Morning: Partner yoga session to build trust and connection, exploring the theme of unity and support.
Evening: Slow Flow followed by mantra chanting to celebrate the bonds formed during the retreat.
Day 5: Creative Expression: Celebrating Individuality
Morning: Dynamic flow that encourages creativity in movement.
Evening: Yoga Nidra focusing on self-love and acceptance, followed by a solo reflective walk or journaling.
Day 6: Embracing Joy: Celebrating the Simple Pleasures
Morning: Morning Yoga with a focus on the best use of Yoga props.
Evening: Yin Yoga Celebrating the beauty of and the simple joys of life
Day 7: Reflecting and Moving Forward: Celebrating the Journey
Morning: Closing yoga session with a focus on heart-opening poses, symbolising the openness to life and new experiences.
Farewell ceremony where participants celebrate their journey.

The accommodations are very pretty houses, some with common areas for sitting and hanging out. Some rooms have ensuite and some have a bathrooms shared with housemates.

Rooms are available on a first come first served basis.
A non-refundable deposit of €300 per person is required to secure your spot.
Flights to and from Spain.
Several airlines fly to Seville, Jerez de la Frontera or Malaga. The closest international airport, 40 minutes away, is the airport at Jerez de la Frontera, but the property can also be reached in just one hour from the airport in Seville.
Malaga airport is two hours away. Aer Lingus and Ryanair fly from Dublin to Seville and offer low cost airfares,
particularly if you book early.
Transfers
Transfers cost €80 one way for a taxi from Jerez de la Frontera, €100 from Seville and €160 from Malaga. These will be arranged for you closer to the date and people will be grouped together where possible to share the cost.
Arrival to Suryalila is ideally on the afternoon of May 31st but can be anytime throughout the day but no later than 21.15pm. Departure is ideally after breakfast on June 7th but can be later.
Only one yoga class on travel days.
Also available at an additional cost; massage, excursions and horse riding.
This Retreat is led by the husband and wife duo - Alison & David, owners of Namaste House Yoga School. Your Yoga Mum & Dad.
Between them they have a vast knowledge of a number of different yoga styles, Hatha, Astanga, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Nidra, Somatics and Iyengar Yoga.
Expect mornings of movement and evenings of stillness. Expect joy.
