Welcome to Namaste House Yoga School & Studio
Namaste House is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School, located on the Dublin Road in Drogheda, County Louth.
Custom built, we offer a wide range of yoga styles; Vinyasa, Iyengar, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, and Yoga Nidra.
If you are new to yoga we recommend you join a beginners 6-week course and then chose what style of yoga suits your body, mind and lifestyle.

I have spent the last 2 weekends attending yoga classes in Namaste House and each class I attended was absolutely superb... All I can say is wow. A one stop peaceful, tranquil space for all your self care needs. No need to look any further. Each and every teacher were beautiful people and very approachable. So if you are looking for some you time and want to try yoga or something new I would recommend to contact them. All I can say to the team in Namaste House is thank you, thank you, thank you 🙏

I recently completed the Restorative & Yoga Nidra 40 Hours Yoga Alliance Certified training at Namaste House Yoga studio with Alison. In a word amazing. Alison has a beautiful energy, she is a wealth of knowledge, her vast experience is evident in her attention to detail, in curriculum planning preparation and delivery. Each of the 4 days was amazing. The support received during each day of the work shop and after has been amazing. The studio is beautiful, warm and inviting. I look forward to returning again soon to gain more knowledge.
